Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Global Server Life Cycle Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, planning, implementing, delivering, and maintaining all server infrastructure products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multi-vendor server infrastructure platforms to ensure world-class infrastructure is maintained.
  • Perform routine planned OS upgrades, refreshes, bulk installations, configuration management, migrations, and decommissioning to deliver stable and reliable services.
  • Plan and execute Virtual Machine (VM) migrations across multiple environments with minimal downtime.
  • Administer and maintain Linux-based systems supporting production workloads.
Requirements
  • Strong hands-on experience with Linux administration (Ubuntu, Debian, RHEL, or similar).
  • Proven expertise with hypervisors: Proxmox VE and VMware vSphere/ESXi.
  • Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Perl; Python a plus).
  • Practical experience with infrastructure automation (Puppet, Ansible).
  • Track record of successful VM migrations in enterprise environments.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills in virtualized and Linux environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of change management practices (MOPs, CMRs).
  • Able to work flexible hours, including out-of-hours maintenance windows.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
