Job Overview

We are seeking friendly, attentive, and professional Servers to join our Japanese restaurant team. Servers play a key role in creating an exceptional dining experience by welcoming guests, taking orders, and ensuring dishes are served with accuracy and care. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of Japanese cuisine and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide guidance on food and beverage selections.
  • Take accurate orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation and service standards.
  • Anticipate guest needs, respond quickly to requests, and ensure overall satisfaction.
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations about Japanese dishes, ingredients,
  • and dining traditions (training will be provided).
  • Process bills and payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, including resetting tables.
  • Work closely with team members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth, coordinated service.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Server or in customer service is preferred (experience in Japanese or Asian dining is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of Japanese food and beverages (training provided).
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
