
Clerical Support Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a vital role in reviewing, processing, and maintaining basic accounting or construction-related documents.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to work directly with office staff, assist with various tasks, and maintain accurate records. Your strong organizational skills and ability to multitask will be essential in ensuring the timely payment of subcontractors and resolving any issues that may arise.
- You will review invoices for proper documentation and approval before payment
- Enter invoices accurately and efficiently on a daily basis
- Process purchase order invoices and act as a primary point of contact between internal and external customers
- Provide excellent document preparation and records management services
As a successful candidate, you will possess:
- A high level of quality in your work
- The ability to figure out complex problems and approach them with a hands-on attitude
- At least three years of clerical experience
- Strong computer and business solutions software skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize work
- The ability to perform accurate computations and verification of data
