Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Clerical Support Specialist to join our team.

Location: Remote

Schedule: US Hours – 8am to 5pm EST (8pm to 5am PH time)

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and maintain various documents, including accounting and construction-related records.
  • Collaborate with office staff to assist with multiple tasks and projects.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of subcontractors.
  • Review invoices for approval before payment.
  • Enter invoices in a timely manner daily.
  • Process purchase order invoices and serve as primary contact between internal and external customers.
  • Provide document preparation and records management services.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of clerical experience as a Data Entry Specialist.
  • Proficient data entry skills, preferably on the E360 platform.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex problems and work independently.
  • Strong computer and business solutions software skills.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Accurate computation and verification skills.
  • Basic report preparation skills.
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, database, and related software applications.
