OVERALL MANDATE

The Sales and Marketing Support Specialist will support the sales and marketing team by managing and handling export-related documents and analyzing billings to provide insights and ensure accuracy. This role involves collaboration with other departments, including finance, accounting, warehouse, and social media. Responsibilities will also include facilitating trade marketing activities, such as product sampling, sales initiatives, and various administrative tasks. Trade checks will be conducted to identify competitors' pricing and consumer behavior. This role aims to enhance brand awareness and encourage product trials for Sucere and Twin Oaks, contributing to the overall success of marketing and sales efforts.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collate all documents and create monthly report needed for sugar liquidation
  • Collate all documents needed for payment of Export customers
  • Facilitate the encoding, reconciliation and analysis of broker and courier billings through effective communication with concerned parties
  • Prepare and manage shipments of documents and parcels for customers
  • Download, consolidate and save all purchase order files of specific local account/s
  • Conduct trade checks to identify target audience and analyze competitors' pricing analysis, and consumer preference
  • Undertake various clerical tasks, such as preparing passes, marketing samples, maintaining filing of documents etc.
  • Provide assistance to the other teams such as local sales and social media in various activities and tasks as necessary
  • Participate in social media contents and activities as representative model

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Educational background in marketing, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively under pressure while multitasking
  • Capable of performing tasks with minimal supervision and demonstrates patience in addressing internal and external customer demands
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Strong understanding of marketing activities
