About the Role
Hunters Hub Inc. is seeking a highly skilled High-Level Office Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedules meetings, and coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CTO.
- Prepare meeting materials, draft agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Draft replies, prioritize messages, and respond in a timely manner.
- Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, and documents for accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the CTO and other departments.
- Track and support key projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed.
- Oversee office tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining an organized office environment.
- Liaise with vendors, partners, and clients on behalf of the CTO.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience as an executive assistant.
- Strong experience in office administration and coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office tools.

- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
