Job Title: Account/Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in growing our global network of recruitment partners, ensuring student enrollment targets are met while building lasting, strategic relationships.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow a global portfolio of recruitment agencies
  • Source and sign new agents in strategic international markets
  • Conduct business meetings and webinars with partners to drive applications
  • Travel to industry events and key markets to establish and strengthen relationships
  • Monitor agency performance and optimize conversion rates
  • Track activities, leads, and commissions using CRM tools
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, contribute ideas, and hit KPIs
  • Provide occasional student counseling when required
  • Attend team meetings online and in person
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management or international recruitment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably Zoho) and data-informed decision making
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English fluency required)
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and growing accounts
  • Organized, analytical, and goal-oriented mindset
