Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong portfolio of recruitment agencies across the globe.
  • SOURCE new agents in strategic international markets to expand our reach.
  • Conduct business meetings and webinars with partners to increase applications.
  • Attend industry events and key markets to establish and strengthen relationships.
  • Monitor agency performance and optimize conversion rates.
  • Track activities, leads, and commissions using CRM tools.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings, contribute ideas, and meet KPIs.
What We Need from You
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or international recruitment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data-informed decision making.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with English fluency required.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and growing accounts.
  • An organized, analytical, and goal-oriented mindset.
