We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Concierge. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will provide exceptional service to our residents and guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet all residents and guests upon arrival at the lobby.
  • Maintain security by following registration procedures and controlling elevator access.
  • Answer and screen calls before transferring them to their respective department.
  • Accommodate requests and communicate them to the respective departments.
  • Handle complaints and ensure they are followed through until resolved.
  • Endorse pending concerns of clients and follow up with the respective department.
  • Take reservations for amenities and coordinate all arrangements before the event.
  • Assist clients in getting the transportation service they need.
  • Handle clients' incoming and outgoing mails, parcels, and packages.
  • Provide basic and accurate information about the property and its policies.
  • Maintain and monitor the cleanliness of both lobby and reception area.
  • Check office supplies and coordinate the items needed with the Concierge Supervisor.
  • Monitor Building Management System for any request or complaint and ensure that they are acknowledged immediately.
  • Consistently give feedback and updates to residents regarding their concerns.
  • Ensure speedy and efficient service for the clients.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Tourism or Hotel Management.
  • PREFERABLY NEWLY GRADUATE
  • Polite and confident with a great deal of patience.
  • Problem-solving skills with customer-focused orientation.
  • Good listening skills with great attention to detail.
  • Ability in multitasking and time management.
  • Excellent Communications Skills both oral and written.
  • Results Focus with a great level of initiative.
  • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
