About the role

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Team Leader to join our growing team at the INTERACTIVE MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE' in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating our housekeeping operations to ensure a consistently high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

Oversee and direct the daily activities of the housekeeping team, ensuring efficient and effective cleaning of all guest rooms, common areas, and facilitiesDevelop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and schedules to maintain organisation and productivityInspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards and make necessary adjustmentsManage inventory, order supplies, and maintain appropriate stock levelsProvide hands-on training and support to the housekeeping team to develop their skills and knowledgeLiaise with other departments to address any guest requests or concerns related to housekeepingContribute to the continuous improvement of housekeeping operations by identifying and implementing efficiency measures

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role within the hospitality industry, preferably in housekeepingExcellent organisational and time management skills to coordinate a team effectivelyStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentationEffective communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate the housekeeping teamAbility to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experienceProficient in using housekeeping-related software and technology
