Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at KRISTEPH RENTALS & PROPERTY MGMNT. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a range of administrative tasks, from financial management to procurement and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Management:
- Process payments for Real Property Tax in Makati, Summit Point, and Dasma.
- Pay SSS/Pagibig/Philhealth and Bir premiums on time.
- Filing annual financial statements with the Securities and Exchange Commission and Bureau of Internal Revenue.
- Procurement and Logistics:
- Make deposits and encashments to the bank as needed.
- Purchase items not available from regular suppliers through groceries.
- Prepare liquidations of cash advances accurately.
- Supervision and Coordination:
- Oversee the delivery/loading of items to Subic Ship, Yokohama, Hawaii, and Guam.
- Inspect items for quantity and expiration dates before loading.
- Coorperate and follow up with all suppliers for timely delivery.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
This is a full-time position, and the selected candidate will be expected to work in our office. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
The estimated salary for this position is around ₱45,000 - ₱60,000 per month, depending on experience.
