Job Description:

The Finance and Administrative Coordinator is a vital role at KRISTEPH RENTALS & PROPERTY MGMNT. This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of various financial and administrative tasks, including payment processing, supplier coordination, and record-keeping.

Responsibilities:
  • Process payments for real property taxes, SSS/Pagibig/Philhealth, and BIR, as well as make deposits and encashments to the bank.
  • Purchase items not available from regular suppliers and coordinate with delivery teams.
  • Prepare liquidations of cash advances and supervise loading/unloading activities.
  • Ensure accurate item quantity and expiration date checks prior to loading.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to facilitate timely deliveries.
  • Provide support to other staff members as needed for clerical tasks.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask effectively. You must also be proficient in basic accounting principles and have knowledge of financial software and systems.

Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary range of PHP 25,000 - PHP 35,000 per month, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as paid time off and opportunities for professional growth and development.
