Job Overview:

As a key contributor to our sales team's success, you will be responsible for establishing connections with potential customers and scheduling consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to prospects to generate interest and schedule appointments.
  • Scheduling consultations between contacts/prospective customers and members of our Sales Team.
  • Accurately inputting information into our system for seamless tracking.
  • Representing the company professionally when conversing with contacts.
  • Ensuring all calls meet company standards and requirements.
  • Delivering reports accurately and on time.
  • Participating in initiatives aimed at process improvement.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Lead Generation Specialist (Voice), Appointment Setter, or similar role.
  • Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong internet connection for uninterrupted workflow.
  • Designated quiet workspace conducive to productivity.
  • Amenable to working non-traditional shifts.
