Client Development Manager

This role involves building and maintaining strong business relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. The ideal candidate will be client-focused, passionate about developing long-term partnerships, and driven to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting for new business opportunities through cold calling and growing the customer base.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales performance targets by servicing existing accounts, acquiring new orders, upselling, and establishing strategic alliances.
  • Analyzing market reports to identify growth opportunities and understand each client's requirements to build lasting relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales, account management, and customer service experience.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English (C1 Level).
  • Ability to communicate and engage with decision-makers effectively.
  • Experience with Business-to-Business sales; Retail sales background is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to create and maintain enduring business relationships with clients.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management in a fast-paced work environment.
