Job Description">

The Account Officer is a critical role within our organization, responsible for building and maintaining long-term, trusting relationships with customers. The primary goal is to understand client requirements, resolve issues, and optimize the overall client experience to drive long-term partnerships and business growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:">
  • 1. Account Acquisition and Management

• Initiate strategies to retain and grow existing clients.

• Oversee client accounts, ensuring all services are delivered as agreed.

• Negotiate contracts or pricing terms and collaborate with internal teams to deliver client expectations.

• Identify and target potential clients.

2. Client Communication

• Act as the main contact for clients.

• Address client's needs, inquiries, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

3. Relationship Building

• Establish trust by providing personalized support that addresses client's specific needs.

• Engage clients in regular meetings and events to maintain connections.

• Identify opportunities for collaboration or partnerships.

4. Problem Resolution

• Proactively address any issues that arise during the course of client relationship.

• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues, resolving billing discrepancies, or managing customer complaints.

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective solutions, maintain client satisfaction, and foster long-term relationships.

5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting

• Support the management in forecasting future sales opportunities by reviewing sales data, market trends, and client feedback.

• Assist in developing strategies to meet revenue targets.

• Prepare regular reports and presentations for management to highlight key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.

6. Other Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed.

• Comply with the Company's Quality Management System.

Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • Graduate of any related course
  • Proven work experience as an Account Specialist, Key Account Specialist, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
  • Experience with cold storage or warehouse
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. NetSuite, Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and work with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive level
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels in the organization
