Job Title: Acquisitions Specialist

About This Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Acquisitions Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate analysis, underwriting, and financial modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive financial analysis and underwriting on potential investments.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis for investment decision support.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date acquisition pipelines.
  • Prepare high-quality presentation decks for senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic business decisions.

Required Skills:

  • Latin honors (cum laude or better) from a reputable university preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or accounting is a plus.
  • MBA degree preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management, finance, or acquisitions.
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills are required.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to produce error-free work under tight deadlines with minimal oversight.
