Job Summary

Take your career to the next level with an exciting opportunity as a highly skilled and experienced IT System Engineer.

We are seeking a professional to provide technical support for clients across Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows Server, and Modern Workplace platforms.

  • Administer, support, and troubleshoot issues in Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Windows 10/11 environments.
  • Assist in implementing and managing cloud-based projects including migrations, deployments, and upgrades.
  • Monitor and maintain client environments using remote management tools and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with the Service Desk, Level 3 engineers, and project teams to ensure efficient incident resolution and project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a Level 2 Systems Engineer or similar role within an MSP environment. Strong experience with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365 suite, Windows Server, and Intune is also required.

The successful candidate will be proficient in troubleshooting authentication, endpoint, and collaboration issues in Microsoft ecosystems, and have experience with PowerShell scripting, endpoint management, and conditional access policies.

Familiarity with ITIL processes including incident, change, and problem management is desired.
