Cloud Infrastructure SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to design, implement, and maintain our cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AWS and DevOps practices.The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Designing highly available, scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure on AWS.
  • Developing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Gitlab.
  • Implementing monitoring and logging solutions using AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
  • Automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
  • Optimizing cloud infrastructure for cost, performance, security, and resilience.
  • Designing disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure system resilience.
  • Collaborating with software development teams to integrate and deploy applications seamlessly.
  • Troubleshooting complex issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Extensive experience as a Cloud Engineer with a strong focus on AWS.
  • In-depth knowledge of AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, and EKS.
  • Proficiency in DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
  • Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Expertise in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
  • Experience with container orchestration and management using Kubernetes and EKS.
  • Strong understanding of network architecture and network security best practices in AWS.
Preferred Qualifications/SkillsWhile not required, the following qualifications and skills would be an advantage:
  • AWS certifications.
  • Experience with advanced monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards.
