**Project Management Opportunity**

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead projects of varying scale and scope.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects successfully within defined parameters.

The company is running multiple projects critical to its strategy and goals. The Project Manager will take on full ownership and responsibility for a limited number of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, aligned to set objectives and standards.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project leads to ensure all projects have completed and defined project charters, roadmaps, RACI, governance, and risk registers
  • Lead or support project kick-off calls with sponsors and stakeholders
  • Coordinate and monitor the activities of the project team members and vendors/contractors
  • Report project status and updates to stakeholders and the Leadership Team
  • Identify, communicate, and escalate deviations from the project plan
  • Proactively manage project risks and mitigate issues as they arise
  • Ensure project outcomes, lessons learned, and performance are documented
  • Facilitate project team meetings and communication
  • Create project presentations or reports as requested

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years leading project delivery
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using project management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and influencing change without direct authority
  • Proactive, self-motivated team player with strong team collaboration skills
  • Experience leading virtual meetings
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing multiple projects at the same time
  • Strong background in leading process improvements programs preferred
