Project Coordinator Job Opportunity

This is an exciting role for a highly organized and detail-focused individual to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage artwork development processes, and maintain accurate project data to ensure timely delivery with minimal risk.

As a key support to the Project Manager, you'll play a vital role in driving private-label and branded initiatives forward. You'll assist in developing and tracking project plans, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope, and facilitate the Product Life Cycle master data setup and updates.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in project coordination, managing end-to-end timelines, and supporting project management activities. They should also possess strong communication skills, be proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager in developing and tracking project plans.
  • Coordinate end-to-end artwork management, including version control, approvals, and timely delivery.
  • Report on and coordinate packaging transitions and associated liabilities.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, procurement, production, regulatory, quality, and logistics teams by coordinating cross-functional activities.
  • Own the accuracy and maintenance of critical project data.
  • Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination.
  • Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods or food manufacturing environments.
  • College Diploma/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
