Job Opportunity

At Boldr, we are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Senior Team Captain.

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 3 autonomous accounts under their management, an account with a minimum headcount of 8 and a dedicated Shift Lead, and at least 1 Team Captain managing a minimum of 4 team members.

Responsibilities include day-to-day management of teams and escalating issues outside agent or Team Captain authority. Additionally, the successful candidate will work closely with the Service Delivery Manager and People Manager to identify growth opportunities for team members.

  • Key qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in any related field, at least 2 years of leadership experience, and at least 3 years of client-facing experience.

Requirements also include basic knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, Lean Six Sigma knowledge, intermediate cloud-based applications and MS Office skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
