Job Title: Human Resources Leadership Position\

As a senior member of the HR team, you will provide strategic leadership and guidance to drive business success through effective people management.

    • Forecast workforce needs and implement plans to address talent gaps.\
    • Lead the design and delivery of employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.\
    • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.\
    • Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.\
    • Work with managers to address performance issues and implement improvement plans.\
    • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures throughout the organization.\
    • Stay abreast of changes in labour laws and regulations, adjusting HR practices accordingly.\

        • Handle complex employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.\
        • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations across the region.\
        • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to resolve conflicts and improve working relationships.\

Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Human Resources, 3 to 4 years of experience in HR operations, excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment, and in-depth understanding of labour laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
