Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and recruit prospective franchisees through various channels including direct outreach, networking, and advertising. Utilize various tools and platforms to capture potential clients and partners.
  • Conduct presentations and meetings to explain franchise opportunities, business models, and benefits to potential franchisees.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees to support their business growth and address their needs and concerns.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth targets and enhance the overall franchise network.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and finance to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
  • Ensure franchisees adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures. Ensure franchisees are aligned with the company's vision and standards.
  • Promote and protect the brand image and reputation through consistent messaging and quality control.
  • Assist in the development and enforcement of franchise agreements and operational guidelines.
  • Maintain and nurture good relationships with lessors and other key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
