Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and dedicated individual to fill the role of Customer Support Specialist. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, remote environment.

About the Opportunity:

  • This role will be the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Engage with companies from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 enterprises across the globe, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone.
  • Advise customers on the best way to use our software to meet their needs.
  • Track customer interactions in Salesforce.
  • Assist prospects during their trial period to ensure they understand product functionality.
  • Serve as a conduit for customers to communicate product and feature requests to Product Managers.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to address customer needs.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of support knowledge-base articles.
  • Deliver product demos and conduct onboarding sessions for new customers.

  • You're an excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
  • You're detail-oriented and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • You're self-motivated and proactive in seeking solutions to customer issues.
  • You're available to work Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm UTC+8.
