Job Summary

Our ideal candidate is a highly skilled Customer Service Representative with excellent problem-solving and communication skills, adaptable and solutions-oriented mindset, and experience in online/remote customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer inquiries through email, phone, live chat, and/or social media.
  • Assist customers with orders, shipping, product details, and returns.
  • Provide high-quality responses that reflect our service standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
  • At least 1 year of online/remote customer service experience.
  • Experience with tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is a plus.
