You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of customer interactions. In addition, you will participate in regular training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills, ensuring that you stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in a call center or similar environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
