
Senior Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management, strategy development, and team leadership in the marketing and gaming sector.
The successful candidate will develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals and customer acquisition targets. They will lead and mentor the sales team, providing ongoing training and performance feedback. Additionally, they will identify new market opportunities, generate leads, and build strong relationships with potential clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need to monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. You will also collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies. Furthermore, you will prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management, highlighting successes and challenges.
The successful candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in marketing and gaming.
- Demonstrated success in leading a sales team to achieve high performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
