- Support the business owner by tracking deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and colleagues to ensure seamless business operations.
- Perform financial tasks, such as processing timecards, pulling reports, and assisting with job costing and contract tracking.
