Executive Assistant (remote + thrice-a-month reporting to Makati office) )

Overview:

We are on the lookout for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant who thrives in Excel and can provide critical support to a senior executive. This role requires a proactive individual who can take work off the executive's plate, manage priorities, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The setup is hybrid, with thrice-a-month reporting to our Makati office.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize the executive's inbox, calendar, and schedule to optimize time and priorities

Prepare and maintain Excel reports, dashboards, and data analysis with advanced proficiency

Handle basic administrative duties, including filing, documentation, and coordination

Draft, review, and format documents, presentations, and reports as needed

Anticipate needs, proactively address issues, and provide solutions using critical thinking

Support the executive in ensuring follow-ups, reminders, and deadlines are consistently met

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar administrative role

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, dashboards)

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and organizational skills

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a hybrid setup

Work Setup:

Hybrid arrangement (remote + thrice-a-month reporting to Makati office)
