
Remote Bookkeeping Specialist

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper Virtual Assistant to support financial operations and general business tasks. This role requires a strong background in bookkeeping and accounting, as well as proficiency with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or ClickUp.
Job Description- Manage and record financial transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Wave, or FreshBooks.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments while maintaining accurate bookkeeping records.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries for senior management.
In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable working in a remote environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, with a focus on bookkeeping/accounting.
- Proficiency with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude AI, Gemini, Notion AI, or Canva AI (preferred but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Salary rate is up to $6/hr based on experience.
