In this role, you will:

  • Partner with clients to understand their business objectives and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies to ensure seamless integration of new clients into our systems.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Evaluate technical solution impacts on client business processes and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Successfully manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of commercial card or client onboarding experience.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to assimilate high-level reconciliation solutions and detailed technical requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with large, complex, and hi-profile clients.
