Job Title: Strategic Supplier Onboarding Lead
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Supplier Onboarding Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the supplier onboarding process, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to ensure a smooth and efficient integration of new suppliers into our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies to ensure seamless integration of new suppliers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any potential issues or challenges during the onboarding process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures related to supplier onboarding.
- Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on supplier onboarding best practices.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supplier onboarding.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in operations, oversight and control, vendor management or related roles with a proven track record of accomplishment.
- Dynamic process improvement leader responsible for redesigning workflows and implementing process improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Experience in process improvement methodologies and project management is an advantage.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills, as well as being an expert written and verbal communicator.
- Excellent business judgment, particularly the ability to proactively monitor engagements to address issues early, performing root cause analysis to develop solutions.
- Solid business analysis and problem-solving skills to enable efficient, accurate and objective decision making.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
- Bachelor's degree required with working knowledge of Signavio, preferred.
- Experience in financial services industry, preferred.
