Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist
About the Role- We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our customer experience initiatives.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing digital tools, and promoting process improvements.
- Develop and maintain a customer-centric approach to drive business growth and retention.
- Identify opportunities for automation and streamline processes to reduce repetitive tasks.
- Monitor customer journey outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
- Own communication in the customer success inbound queue, directing customers to relevant resources and contacts.
- Deploy data-driven automated implementation and adoption activities to ensure customer success.
- A college degree (Bachelor or equivalent).
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience building one-to-many digital campaigns with efficient processes.
- Capacity to set correct expectations and manage issues to completion.
- Multitask and prioritize tasks in a changing environment.
- You are a team player who can utilize internal and external resources strategically and tactically.
- You have a demonstrated ability to solve problems and seek solutions.
