Key Responsibilities
  • Review and assess claims to ensure accurate and efficient processing.
  • Communicate with customers regarding claims status and policy coverage through various channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Maintain accurate records of all necessary documentation and file them accurately in the system.
Requirements
  • 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong active listening abilities.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot issues, multitask, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong accuracy, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
