Residential Land Development Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with experience in Autodesk Civil 3D to provide technical support for our residential land development projects.

About the Role:
  • Execute complex grading, alignments, and pipe network designs using Autodesk Civil 3D.
  • Support backend operations for residential development projects.
  • Upload, manage, and organize CAD files and project documents.
  • Revisions of drawings based on redlines and internal feedback.
  • Ensure adherence to CAD standards and project specifications.
  • Coordinate with engineers and project managers via Microsoft Teams.
  • Manage deadlines, communicate proactively, and ensure timely delivery of work.

The selected candidate will have strong attention to detail, be a self-starter, and possess good written and verbal communication skills in English. Familiarity with residential grading, utilities, lot layouts, and BMPs is required. The candidate should be comfortable using Microsoft Teams and cloud-based collaboration platforms.

Key Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience using Autodesk Civil 3D (required).
  • Civil engineering background with a focus on residential site development or public works projects.
  • Familiarity with residential grading, utilities, lot layouts, and BMPs (willingness to train on BMPs).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow CAD standards.
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Good written and verbal communication in English (fluent not required).
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and cloud-based collaboration platforms.
