The organization is a leading interior design firm specializing in high-end residential projects that blend style, comfort, and functionality.

About the Role

This full-time, remote position requires a skilled mid-level interior designer fluent in both English and Mandarin. The successful candidate will collaborate with lead designers and clients to support the design process from initial concepts through to final presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with lead designers to develop and execute luxury residential interior design projects.
  • Utilize software such as Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Google Suite to create, organize, and edit presentations.
  • Prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD and source furnishings, finishes, and materials in line with U.S. standards.
  • Conduct virtual design consultations and communicate design ideas to clients in both English and Mandarin.
  • Translate design concepts into actionable visual and written materials.
  • Monitor and document project progress, revisions, and design notes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of interior design experience, preferably with luxury or high-end residential projects.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets/Docs.
