
Customer Service Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing customer accounts while providing sales support to field sales representatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US Healthcare operations and at least 2 years of experience in doing Insurance Verification or Prior Authorization. You will be responsible for tracking demand and backorders, complaint and incident reporting, and supporting post-sales issue resolutions.
This role requires effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work independently within established procedures. The successful candidate will also be able to provide general guidance or technical assistance to less experienced team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Completed at least 2 years in college or SHS graduate.
- Experience in US Healthcare operations.
- At least 2 years of experience in doing Insurance Verification or Prior Authorization.
