Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic leader to manage our Customer Service function, overseeing contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution. This role will provide leadership direction within the Customer Service team.

Key responsibilities include managing department operations, supervising professional employees, front line supervisors, and/or business support staff. The successful candidate will also participate in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals.

  • Ensure employees operate within guidelines
  • Decisions have a short term impact on work processes, outcomes and customers

The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Minimum qualifications include 1 year in the current role, P3/M1, M2 rating and a minimum of 3.0/Meets rating in the last Performance Review.
