Job Title: Customer Success Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success professional to ensure our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our services.

  • New Customer Onboarding:
    • Lead the internal team to prepare for client kick-off meetings, ensuring all relevant data is prepared and categorized correctly.
    • Review client requirement lists and manage clarification issues efficiently.
    • Manage set expectations and create work plans with customers, including milestones and target dates for projects.
  • Customer Success Management:
    • Align internal teams and VAs for seamless service delivery, conducting regular customer health checks and follow-ups.
    • Identify and manage risks and gaps, applying action plans for corrective actions and notifying stakeholders.
    • Track project plan targets and milestones, identifying potential business growth opportunities and suggesting additional services.
  • Client Requests & Support:
    • Handle new customer requirements or additional support requests promptly, coordinating changes in schedule or hours as requested by clients.
    • Manage escalation paths for critical client issues effectively, ensuring a smooth transition to replacement VAs in case of VA resignations.
