Telecommunications Porting Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Porting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing back-office porting operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. You will also handle repetitive data entry tasks with attention to detail and organization.
You will troubleshoot and resolve porting-related issues by applying problem-solving skills and communicating complex technical processes to customers in a clear and concise manner. Additionally, you will maintain a seamless experience for our customers by providing exceptional customer service and support.
Your instructional tone and problem-solving skills will enable you to guide customers through complex porting procedures effectively. You will work closely with the team to ensure that established procedures and processes are followed while adapting to updates or changes effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience: 1-2 years of related experience, preferably handling porting tasks or similar responsibilities.
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and consistency.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to approach issues with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Adaptability to evolving procedures and processes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Empathy and patience in handling customer inquiries and concerns.
