Porting Operations Specialist Job Description

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Porting Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for effectively managing back-office porting operations, handling data entry tasks, and communicating complex technical information to customers in a clear and concise manner.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of all aspects of back-office porting operations.
  • Handle repetitive data entry tasks with meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve porting-related issues by considering multiple perspectives.
  • Adapt to updates or changes in procedures while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Clearly explain complex technical processes to customers in an easy-to-understand format.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 1-2 years of related experience, preferably handling porting tasks or similar responsibilities.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and consistency.
