About our Service Delivery role

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to manage new orders for business customers across our range of services. You will take ownership of orders from initiation to completion, eliminating handoffs between departments to enhance the overall customer experience.

This role requires effective communication, project management skills, and a deep understanding of telecommunications services.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire delivery process for assigned orders
  • Coordinate with internal and contracted third-party resources
  • Communicate with customers throughout the delivery life cycle
  • Handle tasks such as ordering Internet Circuits, managing Hosted VoIP projects, and overseeing number porting processes
  • Document dependencies and priorities clearly for efficient project execution
  • Demonstrate expertise in SDWAN Implementation, VoIP porting, and Internet circuit ordering with various carriers

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Service Delivery and/or Project Management
  • Hands-on experience in VoIP, SDWAN Implementation, and Internet Circuit ordering with carriers
  • Ability to document dependencies and priorities clearly
  • Proficient in effectively managing third-party resources
