Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Transformation Lead to join our team at Cognizant Technology Solutions Philippines Inc. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, ITIL expertise, and the ability to work with global customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end transition plans to meet customer requirements, ensuring seamless execution of various phases of transition, and managing complex transitions in service desk environments.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver end-to-end transition plans to meet/align customer requirements.
  • Responsible for seamless execution of various phases of transition.
  • Should have managed multitower/multi geo complex transitions in Service Desk Environment.
  • ITIL Certification / Should have experience working with Global Customers.
