About the Job
We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk specialist to join our team at Nezda Technologies, Inc. As a Virtual IT Help Desk Specialist, you will provide technical support to our customers through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements
- Completed 2 years in College or College Graduates with at least 2 years TSR/ Technical Support Representative or IT SD / IT Service Desk / IT Help Desk Experience
- Amenable to work onsite in Taguig
- Can start ASAP
