About the Role

This exciting opportunity is a blended role combining the skills of a principal with the management responsibilities of a consulting manager.

As an organizational leader, you will lead both business and technical team members across a professional services organization.

The primary focus of this position is to engage customers in a consultative capacity and provide specialized expertise around various topics including contact center industry, CRM, telecommunications infrastructure, analytics, social media, and others.

You will be responsible for managing customer expectations and satisfaction, configuring products based on best practices and customer requirements, coordinating inter-departmental activities, tracking time and status within systems, and other tasks related to the success of your engagement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide senior-level technical configuration and programming as required.
  • Provide process, data, and object modeling in various application and database environments.
  • Develop and enhance database design, development, and management.
  • Leverage technical architecture leadership, analysis, design, development, and enhancement.
  • Maintain expert knowledge in industry leading contact center technologies.
Project Management
  • Serve as a project manager via management of end-to-end system life cycle development of small to large-scale projects.
  • Develop costing proposals, perform risk analysis, and manage change control.
  • Conduct comprehensive cost/benefit analysis and prepare business cases for projects.
Business Development
  • Present a professional image in conduct, attitude, and attire.
  • Assist with client information management standards and evaluation of technology trends.
  • Contribute to business area assessment, user needs analysis, and business systems design.
Supervision
  • Supervise a team of direct reports consisting of Associate-, Staff-, and Senior-level Consultants.
  • Supervise and mentor intermediate and junior level staff assigned to project teams.
Financial Responsibility

This billable and customer-facing role has significant financial impact on the organization.

  • Ensure hours are accurately tracked and recorded on customer master account.
  • Achieve timely deployments to begin recognizing revenue for new customers.
  • Satisfy customers to minimize exposure to liability.
  • Ensure expenses are accurately reported according to existing company policies.
