Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our in-house line of business systems team as a Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical design, delivery, and testing of integrations and custom extensions on the Salesforce platform.

As a Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant, you will work alongside Business Analysts, Technical Consultants, and Senior Technical Consultants/Developers to help design, develop, and deploy internal Salesforce projects and BAU changes. You will ensure that projects are delivered in line with the company's development, change, and release process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ownership towards the architecture of Salesforce
  • Responsible for the deployments for Salesforce using Gitlab and Gearset
  • Manage technical design, delivery, and testing of integrations and custom extensions
  • Assist with the configuration and customization in different Salesforce offerings including Sales & Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Pardot, CPQ Plus, DocuSign, and other products.
Requirements:
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification, preferably Advanced
  • Hands-on experience using and implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud ideally with knowledge of Pardot, DocuSign, and CPQ
  • Custom Development of Flows
  • Experienced using Gearset and Global Gitlab for deployments or other deployment toolsets
  • Demonstrable experience of covering the complete project life cycle, in a structured environment (agile methodology)
Desirable Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent
  • Previous project experience implementing migrated systems to Salesforce from legacy CRM systems
  • Previous project experience with interfaces between multiple systems

  • Communication skills - Communicates in written, oral, and presentation formats to best represent and express user and organisational requirements to audiences up to mid-level management
