Job Description

The Service Delivery Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the operations of Application Services. This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day application operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.


Responsibilities
  1. Manage the operation of Application Services to meet business objectives.
  2. Oversee operation governance, service provider relationships, service delivery, SLA monitoring, incident escalation, problem management, service requests, change management, and continuous improvement.
  3. Ensure operational effectiveness of incident and problem management processes.
  4. Monitor third-party service delivery, including batch jobs and system metrics.
  5. Act as an escalation point for application incidents.
  6. Manage enhancement requests, supporting business partners regarding budget, schedule, and execution.

Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years in the IT industry with experience in Service Delivery Management.
  • Strong project management skills (3+ years).
  • Technical background with understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience in operational process development.
  • Knowledge of multiple technologies including SAP, Oracle, SailPoint, etc.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
