1. Cleaning the assigned guest rooms and public areas:

· Cleaning floors, walls, and windows, as well as furniture and carpets;

· Tidying up the rooms for the guests, including making beds and providing clean sheets, towels, and toiletries;

· Dusts, vacuum and polish the rooms and public areas, carpet and furniture;

· Realign furniture;

· Providing guests with extra amenities when requested;

· Keeping stock of linen and towels in the designated areas;

· Replenish amenities;

· Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests;

· Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms;

· Empty trash containers;

· Disposing of garbage in the designated areas;

· Performing deep cleaning tasks when necessary;

· Maintaining proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment;

· Check and secure rooms to ensure security and privacy of guests; and

· Updated and recording all cleaned rooms.

2. Collecting lost and found items, notifying supervisors in order to return them to the guests in a timely manner.

3. Return and restock cleaning cart at the end of shift.

4. Assessing and answering to guests and customer's questions and inquiries, when necessary.

5. Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction of V.I.P. guests by responding and anticipating to their requests in a timely, welcoming, and efficient manner.

6. Responsible for all laundry tasks for operation.

7. Complying with the hotels' best practices and policies, as well as following any applicable sanitation or safety standards.

8. Observe occupational health or safety standard.

9. Carry-out instructions from the immediate supervisor and/or from the head office.
