
Customer Success Partnerships Manager

The primary objective of this role is to foster long-lasting relationships with high potential accounts and drive their growth through tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the lead point of contact for any matters specific to partners.
- Onboard new partners, ensuring a seamless transition from launch to implementation.
- Conduct thorough research on clients' company dynamics to stay updated on branding, organizational changes, print needs, and seasonality.
- Bolster and maintain strong partner relationships through open communication and proactive issue resolution.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet or exceed partner expectations.
- Communicate progress on monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Forecast and track account metrics, analyzing sales reports to inform strategic decisions within the portfolio of accounts.
- Effectively handle escalations and challenging conversations independently.
- 3-5 years of experience in Account Management or equivalent.
- Proficiency with or knowledge of Salesforce or related CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- Commercial acumen with understanding of delivering profitable partnerships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability and ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated mindset with a positive 'can-do' attitude and eagerness to provide creative solutions.
