Job Information

The primary objective of this role is to foster long-lasting relationships with high potential accounts and drive their growth through tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the lead point of contact for any matters specific to partners.
  • Onboard new partners, ensuring a seamless transition from launch to implementation.
  • Conduct thorough research on clients' company dynamics to stay updated on branding, organizational changes, print needs, and seasonality.
  • Bolster and maintain strong partner relationships through open communication and proactive issue resolution.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet or exceed partner expectations.
  • Communicate progress on monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Forecast and track account metrics, analyzing sales reports to inform strategic decisions within the portfolio of accounts.
  • Effectively handle escalations and challenging conversations independently.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in Account Management or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with or knowledge of Salesforce or related CRM tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Commercial acumen with understanding of delivering profitable partnerships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
