Lease Operations Specialist

A driven and results-focused individual is required to oversee leasing operations for a portfolio of properties.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving occupancy and managing the entire leasing lifecycle, from initial inquiry to lease execution. This role is responsible for marketing available units, securing qualified tenants, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all prospective residents.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop effective marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants for vacant units.
- Manage online listings, respond to all inquiries promptly, and conduct virtual or in-person property tours.
- Follow up with prospective tenants to move them through the leasing pipeline.
- Process rental applications, including conducting background checks, credit checks, and verifying employment and rental history.
- Ensure all screening processes are conducted in strict compliance with fair housing laws and company policies.
- Negotiate and execute lease agreements with high accuracy.
- Proactively manage lease renewals, reaching out to current residents to secure renewals.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activity in the property management system.
- Analyze market trends to ensure rental rates are competitive.
- Establish strong relationships with tenants, addressing questions and concerns in a professional manner.
